SportMed Retail is currently hiring staff for our five retail locations.  We are looking for the "right candidates" to join our busy and growing company.  We are looking for the following:

• You have/are completing a Kinesiology degree or equivalent and are interested in becoming an Orthopaedic Bracefitter.  Responsibilities include: fitting and supplying orthopaedic braces and other sports medicine products; ensuring the store runs effectively and efficiently; being a solution provider to both of our customers (people in the store and Healthcare professionals); providing administrative support to Pedorthists/clinicians and other staff. The right candidate will be a team player and have advanced communication/people skills.  Customer service, clinical and/or athletic training experience is an asset. Full-time and part-time positions available.

• You are an experienced marketing professional interested in the position of Local Marketing Coordinator. The position is responsible for both SportMed and Paris Orthotics retail marketing projects and initiatives. The right candidate is an independent, self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing and an interest in sport medicine. They enjoy collaborating on projects and taking the lead appropriately. Reporting to the President of SportMed, the candidate will play an important role in helping us achieve our goals for continued growth and leadership in our field. The right candidate will have a Marketing Degree/Diploma, 2 to 5 years marketing experience (including website management) and have excellent interpersonal skills.

• You are an excellent communicator and would like to be a Customer Service Liaison for our partner company, Paris Orthotics Ltd.

  Some responsibilities include: answering customers’ questions by phone and email, searching out the answers, updating our CRM program with customer information, liaising with our manufacturing facility regarding status of customers’ orders, liaising and working with our Marketing and Sales department regarding customers concerns. The right candidate will be a “solution” provider, be team oriented and have customer service experience.
