The process that we employ is holistic in nature in that we tend to address the body as a whole unit rather than distinct units. The body tends to communicate from body part to body part so an essential part of the process is a full body range of motion and strength evaluation that Personal Best has standardized for consistency. We typically include in our evaluation questions about other health indicators like nutrition and sleep.
